Program for understanding childhood concussion and stroke

The prevalence and consequences of concussion at all levels of ice hockey are concerning. Reduction of concussion risk, improved concussion diagnosis and management require a collaborative effort from medicine, psychology, sport science, coaching, engineering, officiating, manufacturing, and community partners.

Our children's safety when playing sports is a community responsibility. PUCCS was developed to increase awareness of this issue, help with on-going research and provide information and awareness.
